Bio

Jacquelyne is a choreographer, dancer, and educator interested in collaboration and experimentation.

A graduate of the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, she received a BFA from the University of Oklahoma, where she graduated as the Weitzenhoffer Family College of Fine Arts. Boe has worked with organizations and individual artist such as Houston Grand Opera, Hopestone Dance, Erick Hawkins Dance, National Ballet of Paraguay, Frame Dance, Noble Motion Dance, Open Dance Project, Sean Curran, and Rob Ashford.

Creating original works since 2014, Her work has been commissioned by the Society of the Performing Arts and has been funded by the City of Houston, City Initiative Grant through the Houston Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs and Houston Arts Alliance. Boe received studio residency with Lawndale Studio 2019-2021 and Dance Source Houston 2016.

Jacquelyne’s Teaching credits include the Houston Ballet and The Institute of Contemporary Dance. She is also a Romana Kryzanowska, 3rd Generation Classical Pilates Instructor. Connect with Jacquelyne @movement_maven_ and jjboe.com
